Anthony Klok, Independent, Non-Executive Chairman
Anthony joined FDV as Chairman of the Board of Directors in January 2018.
Anthony is an Investment Director at the Ellerston JAADE Australian Private Assets Fund and the Ellerston Ventures Fund; both funds focus on investments in the internet and technology sectors.
Anthony has more than 40 years advisory and operational experience in diverse areas including legal, corporate advisory, media, technology businesses, gaming and wagering. He previously worked as Business Development Director at Publishing and Broadcasting Limited and Crown, as CEO at Betfair and as a partner in one of Australia’s leading legal firms. Anthony has long experience serving as Chairman and Director on various public and private company boards in a variety of industries and previous board positions include board positions with Seek, Fox Sports, Car Sales, NineMSN, Ticketek, Sydney SuperDome, Wizard, TMS, Service Seeking, Betfair, Open Agent, Camms, Temando and Prospecta.
Anthony holds a combined degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (B.com/LL.B) from the University of Tasmania.
Mark Licciardo

Mark joined FDV as Director and Company Secretary in 2016.
Mark is the founder and Managing Director of Mertons Corporate Services. A former Company Secretary of Top 50 ASX listed companies Transurban Group and Australian Foundation Investment Company Limited, his expertise includes working with boards of directors in the areas of corporate governance, administration and company secretarial. Mark is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), the Institute of Company Secretaries and Administrators and the Governance Institute of Australia. Mark is a current director of a number of public and private companies and a former Chairman of the Governance Institute of Australia Victoria division, Melbourne Fringe Festival and the Academy of Design Melbourne (LCI Melbourne). Mark is a former director of ASX listed entities Ensogo Limited, Mobilicom Limited and iCar Asia Limited.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Degree (Accounting) from Victoria University and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice.
FRANCES PO

Frances Po, Independent, Non-Executive Director
Frances joined FDV as a Director on 8 November 2021. She is a member of both the Audit & Risk Committee and Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
Frances has extensive experience in taxation especially in the areas of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and investment advisory. She was a former partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Malaysia until her retirement in July 2019. During her career at PwC, she held various senior leadership roles including Business unit leader for International Tax Services / Mergers & Acquisitions Tax and Tax business unit leader for Energy, Utilities, Multimedia & Infocommunication (“EUMI”). Frances was a member of the Tax EXCO (Tax Leadership team) and also held the role of Tax people partner for several years.
Frances is currently an independent non-executive Director at Sentral REIT Management Sdn Bhd; manager of Sentral REIT (KLSE:5123). Sentral REIT owns and invests in income-producing commercial property assets. She brings listed company experience in a fund specialising in the property vertical.
Frances holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University Malaya. She is a Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, a Fellow of the Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia and a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors Malaysia.
Shaun Di Gregorio

Recognised as a global leader in the online marketplaces, Shaun is the CEO and Founder of ASX listed ‘Frontier Digital Ventures’ (ASX:FDV) a company focused on investing in online marketplaces in emerging markets across the globe. FDV currently has 14 investments in online marketplaces with a focus on the property segment, and a market cap approaching $200 million.
Prior to launching FDV, Shaun was the CEO of ASX listed company, ‘iProperty Group’ (ASX: IPP),operator of Asia’s #1 network of property portals. During his five year tenure (2014-2009), Shaun spearheaded the transformation of iProperty Group from a small online business with a market capitalization of US$15 million into the largest listed Internet company in ASEAN with a market capitalisation of US$600 million. Under Shaun’s leadership, iProperty Group achieved revenue growth of 500 per cent, grew a customer base exceeding 25,000 agents, achieved profitability, became cash flow positive, with the share price increasing by 4000 per cent giving shareholders a 15 times return on investment on the original AU$0.25 price per share. iProperty Group was also added to the ASX300, a list of 300 largest public companies on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Prior to this, Shaun spent eight years as General Manager at Australia-based REA Group, a global leader and publisher of as many as 20 real estate websites in 12 countries. As General Manager of the core Australian business and global leader ‘realestate.com.au’, Shaun grew the business alongside a team of eight people with revenue of AU$5million into a company with more than 300 staff and revenues exceeding AU$150 million. Shaun was also appointed General Manager, International Operations, overseeing five businesses and 16 brands that REA had previously acquired. Shaun currently sits on the Board of Directors of 15 online marketplace businesses across Asia, LATAM and Africa, has previously been a non-Executive Director of iCar Asia (ASX:ICQ), Asia’s leading operator of online automotive portals, and an advisor to online marketplace businesses around the world. Shaun holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the Australian Graduate School of Management

Jason joined FDV in August 2016 and has been the COO since October 2020. Jason overseas the portfolio from an operations and growth perspective. Jason held the position of Director of Operations and Growth for 4 years prior to October 2020.
In the years prior to FDV, Jason spent time in various leadership roles in Management, Marketing and Sales at various digital, technology and consulting entities; including iCarAsia and PropertyGuru.

Jason Lau

Jason joined FDV in August 2021. He has over 18 years of experience in the finance industry having worked and resided in Australia and Thailand before. He is currently based in Malaysia.
Prior to joining FDV, he was the Asia Head of Finance at GrowthOps, a leading professional services provider in APAC specialising in digital growth and technological transformation. He was formerly the Finance Controller for South East Asia at Expro before joining GrowthOps. Jason has extensive experience in leading commercial transactions and deals in South East Asia, conducting strategic operational reviews to maximise revenue and EBITDA performance, including post-acquisition integration and restructuring.
At GrowthOps, Jason achieved a positive EBITDA (+23%) performance turnaround of the Asia businesses from prior years delivering significant wins during contract negotiations and focusing on disciplined transformation of people, processes and procurement management. During his time with Expro, he led the complex merger of the Thailand business and was responsible for finance, tax, treasury and accounting operations across 21 subsidiaries. Jason has held roles at Shell in Malaysia, and started his career in Australia at ADP (NASDAQ:ADP) and Banks Group.
Jason is a Chartered Accountant (CA) of Australia and New Zealand.
Sylvia Lim

Sylvia joined FDV Group in Jan 2021. Sylvia is responsible for managing and leveraging the talent and experience across FDV markets as well as developing people strategy to elevate the overall employee experience of the company.
Prior to joining FDV, she spent 9 years with REA Group Asia as Group HR Manager where she is a strategic HR Business Partner and manage the delivery of HR Operations across REA Asia. She transformed the HR operations with a service delivery model that helps to meet the employee needs across Asia and reimagined the employee experience to attract and retain the best talent.
Sylvia holds a Diploma of Human Resources Management and obtained Strategic HR Business Partner certification in 2019.
Jane Lee

Jane Lee, Finance Manager (Group)
Jane joined FDV in October 2020. She is responsible for the group consolidation, actively coordinating with Country Finance Managers for reporting throughout the Group.
Prior to FDV, Jane was a senior team lead in APRIL Business Division of Averis Sdn. Bhd., managing group statutory consolidation for 7 years. Her contribution to the division, by designing consolidation process and enhancing smooth internal process and protocol, has significantly improved group work process sustainability in long term.
Jane has substantial experience in audit, where she spends 5 years in Audit & Assurance for Ernst & Young LLP and RSM Robert Teo, Kuan & Co. Her portfolio comprised clients of diverse industries, including investment holding, construction, consultancy, education, food and beverage and utilities.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from University Tunku Abdul Rahman and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
Houyi Sow (Howie)

Prior to joining FDV, Howie was an investment professional in COPE Private Equity (a Malaysia based private equity firm with AUM of USD150 million), managing end-to-end deal execution ranging from deal origination, evaluation, and portfolio monitoring in industries relating but not limited to Technology (e-commerce, logistics, IoT) and Consumer Retail.
Prior to COPE, Howie spent time in various roles in Corporate Finance at Business Analytics at technology and financial advisory entities.
Howie holds a BSc in Accounting of Finance from London School of Economics and Political Science.
Justin Seow

Justin Seow, Head Of Portfolio Strategy And Growth
Justin joined FDV in December 2020 and is focused on accelerating the portfolios’ growth efforts through market and product development. In addition, Justin works actively with the portfolio companies to identify strategic and tactical components to help navigate through the ebbs and flows of the business cycle.
Justin was previously at the Central Bank of Malaysia, as a Senior Economist for the Construction and Property sector. Prior to being a central banker, he spent close to 8 years as a management consultant servicing large private and public corporations across various industries within South-East Asia.
Justin holds a Masters of Science in Investment Management from Cass Business School, London and obtained his Bachelor of Science in Finance & Economics from the US.
Kelly Thiang

Kelly joined FDV as Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO in 2017. Kelly provides managerial and operational support to the office and oversees the day-to-day administrative functions of FDV, operations and serves as a liaison with the company’s office services, human resources and information systems.
Prior to joining FDV, Kelly spent 8 years in Superconcepts (Malaysia), a subsidiary of AMP Group, managing business support team, bookkeeping & human resources function.
Kelly holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration degree from University of East London.
JUN MUN

Jun Mun, Group FP&A Manager
Jun Mun joined FDV in June 2022 and is responsible to lead the FP&A function, delivering financial analysis and actionable insights, planning and management reporting to optimize business performance and supporting rapid growth of the business.
Prior to joining FDV, Jun Mun was the Group FP&A analyst of Experian, part of FTSE 100 companies. Jun Mun started his finance career back in 2010 as a trainee with Tesco, a leading retailer in Malaysia. He subsequently moved on to a corporate finance role contributing to Themed Attractions, Resorts and Hotels, the leisure & tourism arm of Khanazah Malaysia. He also spent close to 3 years with Nagaworld, an integrated resort in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Jun Mun holds a Bachelor of Finance (Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
SJ. Yoogeetaa

Yoogeetaa is one of the newest addition to FDV, who just recently joined in June 2022. End-to-end finance activities of FDV entities at company level falls under her charge. Apart from that, she also handles portfolio reporting for Asia Region.
Prior to joining FDV, Yoogeetaa was Senior Accounting Analyst in Marsh & Mclennan for 2 years where she was a part of the intercompany team of the aforementioned company. The beginning of Yoogeetaa’s career, which spanned for 3 years, was as a Finance executive with Genting Malaysia Bhd, a leading integrated leisure & entertainment business. Yoogeetaa focused on end-to-end finance activities for property investment subsidiaries during the start of her career.
Yoogeetaa is also a Chartered Accountant with Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting (Hons) from Northern University of Malaysia (UUM).
Lee Soo Jean

Soo Jean joined FDV in September 2022. She is responsible for the financial reporting of Latam and Mena region, group consolidation process, group treasury activities and assist in finance process improvement projects.
Prior to joining FDV, Soo Jean was previously at Ernst and Young PLT and had five and a half years of auditing experience mainly in the technology, leisure, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare industry.
Soo Jean holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in accounting and finance from University of Melbourne and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA).

Martín Monzón

Martín Monzón, CEO of Fincaraiz.
Martin joined Fincaraiz, Colombia’s leading Real Estate vertical, in December 2020, shortly after the acquisition by FDV. As CEO he leads the transition of Fincaraiz from traditional classified, to full marketplace and transactional site. Additionally, he leads both the organic and inorganic growth strategies for the Company and is responsible for growing value propositions for brokers and builders.
Martin has extensive experience in the online real estate and technology sectors, first as a strategic consultant at Deloitte Consulting in New York, later as Head of Real Estate at OLX in Latin America. In 2018 he led OLX’s acquisition and integration of Properati, a real estate startup out of Argentina. As Head of Ops for Properati, he spearheaded the portal’s expansion into Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.
Martin holds a BA (business) and an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Ons joined Tayara Group in December 2021.
Prior to FDV and Tayara Group, Ons has spent the last 3 years running his own e-commerce platform aimed at becoming the first online cosmetic shop in Morocco. Prior to that, Ons has spent almost 18 years in Business development in different management roles between Dubai, Tunis and Casablanca to cover MEA region. His role was mainly to develop business for various companies by opening new territories, hiring people and ensure sales growth. Between 2006 and 2008, he succeessed to secure 400% growth to encure profitability of his company established in Dubai Internet City.
Ons holds a Bachelor in Information Technology.
Zakaria Ghassouli

Zakaria Ghassouli is a founding team member of Avito.ma, the leading marketplace in Morocco that he co-launched in 2012 serving in different roles and where he played a key role in the merger that consolidated the Moroccan classified market between Avito (Avito Group) & Bikhir (Schibsted/Adevinta) back in 2014.
Zakaria took over as a CEO of Avito in July 2017 where he led the verticalization and mobile shift strategies in the first years along the transformation toward transactions in the most recent years.
Prior to joining Avito, Zakaria founded and managed a Moroccan leading student online document sharing platform between 2007 and 2010 and acted as a consultant & digital project manager for various clients.
Zakaria holds a Master degree from the Cadi Ayyad University, Morocco, and was a Postgraduate Researcher at the Ted Rogers School of Management / Ryerson University, Canada leading a project focusing on Ontology and Semantic Web.

Jessica has more than 16 years of experience in business development, sales, and digital marketing from across the Americas, including within Grupo Televisa and Adevinta.
Prior to FDV, she was the CEO for Corotos, the leading online marketplace in the Dominican Republic. A passionate intrapreneur, she is motivated by the desire to build thriving businesses at scale while fostering sustainability.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Direct Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
Ricardo Frechou

Ricardo co-founded InfoCasas in late 2010. After working in Barcelona and returning to his home country, Uruguay, he started the company with a tech and internet vision. At that time Real Estate Portals were not well developed in the region. Beginning as a Real Estate Magazine and quickly launching the desktop portal web, the company could expand to neighboring countries like Paraguay, Bolivia, and Perú. In 2017 InfoCasas launched its app and started developing transactions on the primary market, quickly positioning the company as the dominant player in each country. In 2022 the company Continues to deliver two digits growth and is always staying ahead in the IT industry for Real Estate.
Before funding InfoCasas, Ricardo worked in Private Banking for 5 years and in a family Real Estate Broker in his hometown Montevideo, Uruguay, for 7 years.
Ricardo holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and MKT from the ORT University of Uruguay.
