    Patrick is co-founder and Chairman of iProperty Group (ASX:IPP) which owns and operates Asia’s No.1 network of property websites; co-founder and a Director of Catcha Media Berhad (ACE:0173), one of Southeast Asia’s leading digital media groups; co-founder and Chairman of iCar Asia (ASX:ICQ) which operates the largest network of online automotive sites in ASEAN and co-founder and Chairman of iBuy Group (ASX:IBY) which owns and operates a network of leading e-commerce websites. He has also been independently and widely recognised as an industry luminary in the Asian region with numerous international awards, including: Global Leader of Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum; New Asian Leader by the World Economic Forum; Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Australian Chamber of Commerce, Singapore; Asia’s Best Young Entrepreneur by Bloomberg Business Week; and Australia Unlimited’s 50 Global Achievers.

    Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from University of Sydney, Australia in 1997 and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia. Prior to forming Catcha Group, Patrick worked for Arthur Andersen in the Corporate Finance Division, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, and extraction of investment value in high growth, media, new media and technology environments.

  • Shen Loh LimDirector of Growth & Operations

    Shen has over 16 years of experience in leadership roles in online marketplace, online marketing/media, technology, and telecommunications. Shen began his career as a consultant in the technology sector before joining one of Malaysia’s Top 5 digital agencies as one of their most prominent directors.

    He has spent the last 7 and a half years at iProperty Group (ASX:IPP), Asia’s No.1 network of property portals, in multiple roles across the region. His latest of which was as Country General Manager of Malaysia, where he spearheaded the business’ clear market leadership, which in 2014, accounted for 68% of the group’s revenue, and ran at an EBITDA margin of 53%. In 2015, he put the Malaysian business on track to grow on all key metrics and exceed financial targets. Shen was also instrumental in the start-up and launch of the group’s pilot venture into the transaction model, effectively nurturing consumer leads into the sales of over 100 new properties worth over RM55 million. Shen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Marketing & Management from the University of Oregon.
