Marco Rampazzo is Senior Associate in the investment team at Frontier Digital Ventures. He oversees the investment operations, structuring and deal valuation, market research and due diligence. Assists the CEO in day to day activities and follows the investee companies throughout the entire investment process.

His experience before joining FDV spans from management consultancy, to investment banking, to more entrepreneurial projects in the internet industry. Having worked across several sectors such as financial services, telecommunication, IT, he has a wide breadth of experience and a complete view of strategy and business operations.

He holds a bachelor and a master degree in management engineering from the University of Padua.

Ritika Sharma is Senior Analyst at Frontier Digital Ventures and joined the company right after her MBA from Singapore Management University. Her role focuses primarily on market research, due diligence and financial analysis across emerging markets that FDV explores. She has prior experience working in the Information Technology and the payments industry looking at the functional aspects of the business.

She had received the SMU MasterCard Women Scholarship in 2013 for her academic potential and contribution towards community service. Most importantly, she is passionate about new internet opportunities specifically products like classifieds that can empower consumers and entrepreneurs in pre-emerging countries.
