What you'll be doing:
- Attending to users and/or customers via telephone
- Resolving questions, doubts, concernss (objection handling)
- CRM management, implementing procedures, scripts and others
- Suggest products and sell products
- Customer acquisition
- Fulfillment of budgets
- Fullment of quality indicators
What are we looking for
To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:
- Experience in commercial management call center – minimum one year
- Experience in tele-sales
- Good communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Team player
- Ability to work under pressure
