What you'll be doing:

  • Attending to users and/or customers via telephone
  • Resolving questions, doubts, concernss (objection handling)
  • CRM management, implementing procedures, scripts and others
  • Suggest products and sell products
  • Customer acquisition
  • Fulfillment of budgets
  • Fullment of quality indicators

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:

  • Experience in commercial management call center – minimum one year
  • Experience in tele-sales
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
