We provide high-tech solutions for those looking to buy, sell or rent properties. We apply big data and business intelligence analysis to develop highly UX tools for the Real Estate industry.
As a Sales manager, you will be a key player to lead our sales team and achieve our goals.
What you'll be doing:
- As a Sales manager you will be responsible for working with your sales team to achieve attracting and managing a client portfolio together with a strong and well-established team.
- Attract real estate clients and developers.
- Do follow up and bond with our clients
- Understand customer’s need
- Sell upgrades
- Meet monthly goals
- Propose new strategies to improve sales
What are we looking for
To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- With great listening skills coupled with excellent communication
- Focus on results
