What you'll be doing:

  • You will be managing a sales team of 4-5 persons
  • Daily monitoring of team activities and providing them guidance and support when needed
  • Ensure the CRM is kept up to date and regular follow-ups are done by the team
  • Create new business opportunities and setup up meetings with key decision makers
  • Create, implement and monitor sales plans in support of the company’s Business Plan
  • Attend meetings with customers
  • Support the Marketing team to ensure timely production of ideas & content for marketing &
  • PR activities

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:

  • Have a min of 5 years previous experience in a sales role, with min 2 years as a sales manager, managing a team
  • Excellent operational and team management skills
  • Required experience working in the Real Estate / Banking / Investment sector or hospitality industry as a GM
  • Have good data analytical skills and ability to make decisions based on data reports
  • You should have good communication skills and excellent written and spoken English skills
  • Be very proactive & organized person and work on own initiative to undertake a wide variety of tasks.
  • Have a demonstrated track record in Sales and Customer Management
  • Proven track record of being able to hit individual and team targets
  • Should be comfortable building relationships with clients
  • You should have excellent business acumen, including good financial understanding
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills
  • Strong presentational & negotiation skills and experience
  • Be friendly and courteous both internally and externally
  • Dynamic “can-do” approach
  • Results driven
  • Self-motivated, self-disciplined and resilient
