What you'll be doing:

We are looking for a leader to help us deliver on our Real Estate mission of becoming the ultimate partner of all the actors of the real estate market in Morocco by offering the most relevant experience and the most exhaustive offer enabling all actors to transact efficiently. A growth mindset person to continue developing our leading position in Real Estate with our leading brand and platforms.

The Managing Director Real Estate will be part of the management team of Morocco and will actively contribute to the definition and execution of the Real Estate strategy and will lead from the front to help us achieve our ambitious growth plans.

  • Oversee and manage profit and loss of the Real Estate business
  • Develop business models for new opportunities and the development of existing initiatives
  • Develop and own strategy for Real Estate users acquisition, activation & retention to grow our market penetration
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Lead commercial efforts in Real Estate sector
  • Oversee day-to-day Real Estate operations
  • Build necessary networks and relationships with Real Estate clients. Meets customers to support important pitches and understand their needs
  • Provide oversight of Real Estate strategy development medium, long and short term
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and initiate high priority strategic initiatives yearly & quarterly objectives and key results
  • Liaise with local leadership team and group strategy teams to drive the implementation of priority initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and support Real Estate group members
  • Understands Real Estate industry trends, and customer needs for all segments
  • Define key KPIs, track performance of Real Estate, cross functional teams and sales. Takes necessary actions to improve performance
  • Provides team with market intelligence, be the Real Estate go to person

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:

  • +8 years proven work experience in a leadership/management or equivalent role
  • Master or MBA degree
  • Experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus
  • High learning agility (you are a fast & keen learner)
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects with proven record of success and impact
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving aptitude combined with brilliant communication skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team working in a cross functional environment
  • Ability to Design strategies and ensure implementation
  • Agile – an ability to adapt to change and quickly pivot
