What you'll be doing:

We are looking for an Event Organizer with training in this area.

  • General planning and organization of events
  • Preparation of budgets and monitoring
  • Permanent contact with the InfoCasas team, suppliers and clients
  • Production and logistics coordination
  • Consulting and reporting

What are we looking for

To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:

  • Computer skills (Internet knowledge, Microsoft proficiency)
  • Experience in social networks
  • Excellent social skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks while supporting the needs of both clients and team.
  • Negotiation and management
  • Be ambitious to develop and grow the events branch of InfoCasas

You are expected to have and be:

  • Previous experience
  • Availability to travel.
  • Availability on weekends
  • Know how to work under pressure.
  • Know how to work in a team.
  • Have own vehicle
