What you'll be doing:
- The job will be a customer service based full-time permanent job
- Handle incoming phone, email and chat inquiries and assist customers with their inquiries
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding their inquiries
- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and assist them until satisfactory completion
- Manage and process existing inquiries
- Respond to messages on social media
- Maintain customer CRM and incoming inquiries process
What are we looking for
To be successful in this role, the following skills and qualities are expected:
- You will need to have a min. 1 year of experience working in a customer service or sales role
- You should be a very process driven person with good follow-up skills
- Experience in a banking environment will be an advantage
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently without any supervision
- Good English and Sinhala communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to speak all 3 languages will be an advantage
- You should be an enthusiastic individual who epitomizes our ‘can do’ attitude for getting the work done
- Be a team player and work as a team for the success of the company
- A/L qualified
